Return and Refund Policy

At Sold for Style, we strive to provide our customers with high quality products and excellent service. However, we understand that occasionally, issues may arise.

NON RETURNABLE AND NON REFUNDABLE ITEMS

All Items sold on our website are non returnable and non-refundable, except in cases where:

  1. The customer receives a defective product.
  2. The Customer receives an incorrect product.

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCT

If you receive a defective or Incorrect product, please follow following steps:

  1. Do not open or tamper with the packaging.
  2. Record a complete 360 degree parcel opening video. This video should clearly show the packaging, the product, and any defects or discrepancies.
  3. Contact our Customer Service team within 24 hours of delivery.
  4. Provide the 360 degree parcel opening video and a detailed description of the issue.

REFUND OR REPLACEMENT

If we verify that the product is defective or incorrect, we will:

  1. Offer a replacement product, if available.
  2. Or else will refund the amount

IMPORTANT NOTES

  1. We reserve the right to reject any claims that do not meet the above requirements.
  2. The customer is responsible for returning the defective or incorrect product to us.
  3. We will not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from defective or incorrect products.
