At SoldForStyle.com, we strive to ensure that all of our products meet the highest standards of satisfaction. As a result, we do not offer a return policy. Please review your order carefully before finalizing.

Exchange Policy

While we do not allow returns, we understand that on rare occasions, you may receive a defective or incorrect item. In such cases, we are happy to assist you with an exchange under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility for Exchange: Exchanges are only possible if you receive a product that is defective or not the product you ordered.
  • No Color Exchange: Please note that due to varying screen resolutions and natural variations in product colors, there can be a 10-15% variation in color. We do not entertain exchanges based on color discrepancies.
  • Condition of Product: The product must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Proof of Issue: To process any complaints, it is mandatory to provide a video of opening the courier. This video must capture any issues with the product and must be sent to us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel via WhatsApp or email.
  • Quality Check: Upon receiving the product back at our warehouse, we will conduct a thorough quality check. If the product passes our quality standards, we will then proceed with the confirmed exchange.
  • Confirmation of Exchange: We will send you a confirmation via email or WhatsApp as soon as the returned item has been inspected and approved for exchange.

Procedure for Exchanging a Product

  1. Report the Issue: Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order via our designated WhatsApp number or email address. Include the courier opening video and a detailed description of the issue.
  2. Send the Product: Once your preliminary claim is reviewed and acknowledged, send the product back to our warehouse address, which will be provided. The product should be packed securely to avoid any damage during transit.
  3. Receive Confirmation: After we receive and approve the exchange, we will process the replacement of the item. You will be notified about the shipment of your replacement item.

Please note, SoldForStyle.com reserves the right to refuse any exchange if the product does not meet our policy requirements or if the complaint procedure is not followed properly.
